MSC Poesia is a sister ship to MSC Musica, MSC Orchestra. The ship’s black funnel has a sleek, swept-back design and carries the MSC logo in gold lettering and a balanced profile. The hull has large circular port hole style windows instead of square or rectangular ones. From a technical point of view, the has conventional rudders and propleers propulsion system, while a new anti foul paint was applied to the ship’s underwater hull – the first newly built ship to have this new sleek paint applied.
MSC Poesia is suitable to young adult couples, single and families with tots, children and teens who enjoy big ship surroundings, a big city life with its attendant buzz and caters to passengers of different nationalities and languages (mostly Europeas).
