Internet café has been a flourishing business so as cybersex. Let me define cybersex as the high tech version of conventional prostitution. With the present economic crisis Philippines is facing right now, Filipinos learned to find ways and go through all sorts of means in order to survive. Most people chose the easiest way and one of it is cybersex prostitution. Obviously, we all know that it is illegal both in the arms of the law and in the eyes of God. In contrast to this rampant activity, government authorities took steps to minimize cybersex prostitution. I mentioned “minimized” because what the authorities are capable to do is only to lessen the problem and I believe they are not capable to completely get rid of this social disease. How to solve this social problem? Well, it is all in everyone’s hands.
