I’ve never done fasting in my whole life but recently I had my very first. I deprived myself from taking in food except water for a period of exactly 24 hours and 25 minutes to be exact. It was exactly at 03:15AM yesterday when I finished eating the last slice of thin crust pepperoni pizza (for my early breakfast) and at 03:40AM this morning I had my first bite of my favorite tuna sandwich. In between these hours I skipped lunch, snacks and dinner. I did not take anything except lots of water. At mid day, my stomach started signaling my brain for some food (which I ignored of course) then late in the afternoon, I started to feel dizzy but it did not last long. When it was time to go to bed (still on an empty stomach except water), I did not felt any signs of hunger anymore and I managed to sleep very fast. It was really amazing because I usually have difficulty in sleeping.
